摘要
以《中国日报》6篇有关中美汇率摩擦的报道为语料,从介入视角研究英语新闻语篇的及物结构特征及其隐性评价功能。通过合理选择及物结构中的物质、言语、关系过程报道的新闻语篇,利用不同的介入手段,发挥隐性评价功能,以使读者形成与报道者一致的立场与态度。
With six reports on Sino-American currency war from China Daily as corpus, this study explores the transi- tivity structure of English journalistic discourse and its implicit evaluative functions from the perspective of engagement. It is found that the reasonable choices of materials, speech and journalistic discourse contribute to the objective description and implicit evaluation of the news event, which subtly push the readers＇ perception of the event in the same direction.
