话语标记语有多种类别,在听力理解过程中具有构筑语篇框架、突出重点和预测信息的功能。在大学英语听力教学中,应注重讲解话语标记语的语篇功能,提高学生听力理解能力。

There are various kinds of discourse markers, which play the functions of framing, focus-foregrounding and predicting in listening comprehension. In the teaching listening course,we should attach importance to the functions of dis- course markers in English listening discourse to promote students＇ listening comprehension ability.
