On the Experimental Teaching Reform and Practice on the Course Efficient Liquid Phase Chromatography

目前高效液相色谱课程教学中存在着学生对仪器工作原理不清、动手操作不足、课堂教学方法单一等问题。通过强化教学过程中的直观互动,对学生进行仪器使用培训,充分利用计算机数据处理技术,引导学生申报创新项目等途径,可有效提高实验教学质量。

At present there exist issues of less understanding of the operation principle of instruments, deficiency in the manual operation and the singularity in the method of classroom teaching in the teaching of the course Efficient Liquid Phase Chromatography. The approaches are efficient to enhance the experimental teaching quality to strengthening the perceptual intuition and interaction between teachers and students in the teaching, training students to be familiar with instrument oper- ation, using data processing technology by computer,and guiding students to apply for the innovation programs.
