成人教育管理的创新模式研究

Study on Innovation of Management Model of Adult Education

成人教育是人才培养的又一新的战略手段,我国目前的成人教育发展很快,但在教育管理模式上还有待提高。本文就成人教育的创新模式提出建议,希望促进成人教育管理的健康发展。

strategies for adult education are the cultivation of new means of adult education at present in China which is developing rapidly ,but educational management model needs to be improved . On the innovation of adult education in this article ,make recommendations and wishes to promote the healthy development of adult education management .
