基于WEB的职校人事考核系统

目前天津各职业院校每年进行人事考核时仍采用纸介质人工考核的方法,考核过程效率低下。为解决这一问题,开发了基于Web的职校人事考核系统,以提供资料在线提交、计算机辅助考核评定、考核结果实时反馈及信息交互等服务。系统分为用户登录模块、教师信息管理模块和考核人员管理模块,实现了从教师提交维护信息,到负责人集中考核,最终公布和查看考核结果的全部功能。解决了考核前、考核中的权限问题,考核后的信息导出和备份等问题。

at present ,Tianjin vocational schools still use paper at the annual personnel assessment methods for testing of artificial ,assessment process is inefficient .To address this problem ,we developed a Web-based personnel appraisal system in vocational school to provide information online ,computer-assisted evaluation ,and examination results of real -time feedback and information exchange services . It is divided into Teachers’ information management system modules ,user login module and assessment personnel management modules ,realized from teacher to submit maintenance information ,heads to fo-cus on assessment ,full functionality that end publish and view test results .It solved the permission prob-lem before and in the middle of the examination and the problem of information output and backup .
