用示波器分析抖动——时域和频域详细分析 被引量:3

摘要 1 引言 当测试超过1Gbit/s数据速率的数字电路质量功能时,抖动分析是必不可少的。当分析这些高数据速率协议如PCIe、DDR、USB和以太网等接口协议时必须考虑抖动。示波器是测量抖动非常理想的仪器。某些示波器,如罗德与施瓦茨公司的R&S RTO,甚至可以分析相关频谱。
