SMS Early Warning System for Zhejiang Flood Control Communication Platform

建立了一种短信预警的机制,提出了短信预警模型。通过该模型在多重数据网络节点间传递数据包,判断网络节点间的连接状况,从而起到监控整个系统的作用。对短信模型进行了性能分析和模拟测试,结果表明,该模型达到了较好的效果,能够有效地提高系统预警的及时性和有效性。

This paper established a SMS early warning mechanism and model.In this model,data packets are passed through multiple data network nodes,a way to determine the connection among nodes and monitor the whole system.Performance analysis and simulation tests suggest that the model can improve the timeliness and effectiveness of early warning.
