评价正畸治疗需要指数的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 错[牙合]畸形是由先天或后天多种因素导致的牙、颌、颅面畸形,通常被认为是一种牙颌面异常,而非一种疾病.一方面,越来越多的人期望通过正畸治疗纠正错[牙合]畸形,改善口腔颜面部美观;另一方面作为一种可选择性治疗,评价一个个体是否需要接受正畸治疗,不仅取决于错[牙合]畸形的严重程度,还受个体主观愿望等其他因素影响.随着以循证为基础的医学模式的发展,仅用传统的凭直觉、主观的判断方式来评价正畸治疗需求及结果显然是不够的,一个以客观合理数据为依据的评价体系——[牙合]指数研究和应用显得尤为重要.
