全血细胞减少患者外周血循环CD34^+细胞计数的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨全血细胞减少患者外周血循环CD34+细胞计数在疾病诊断中的意义。方法用流式细胞仪测定19例正常健康者、208例全血细胞减少患者外周血循环CD34+细胞百分比、绝对数,结合临床资料进行分析。结果 (1)所有患者均作出诊断,病因分别为急性白血病、再生障碍性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、免疫相关性全血细胞减少、巨幼细胞性贫血、脾功能亢进、噬血细胞综合征、多发性骨髓瘤。(2)再生障碍性贫血、免疫相关性全血细胞减少、巨幼细胞性贫血、脾功能亢进、噬血细胞综合征、多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血循环CD34+细胞百分比及绝对数与正常健康者均无差异(P均>0.05)。(3)急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)、MDS-RA/RARS/RCMD患者外周血循环CD34+细胞百分比及绝对数与正常健康者类似(P均>0.05);急性白血病(APL除外)、MDS-RAEBⅠ/RAEBⅡ患者CD34+细胞百分比及绝对数均高于正常健康者(P均<0.01)。(4)CD34+细胞百分比>1%、绝对数>10个/μl,往往提示急性白血病(APL除外),MDS-RAEBⅠ/RAEBⅡ的诊断。结论外周血循环CD34+细胞计数检测有助于全血细胞减少疾病的诊断及初步分型。
