苏南民营经济创新型发展路径研究——以常州市为例

Research on the Innovative Development Path of the Private Economy in Southern Jiangsu——Taking Changzhou City as an Example

从创新资源、创新产出、创新效果三个方面,对苏南三市的创新型经济发展水平进行了比较分析。分析发现,常州创新型经济发展的总体水平低于苏州和无锡。近年来,常州加大了创新投资力度,但由于存在滞后效应,目前其创新产出和创新效果尚未凸显。常州应以民营经济为突破口,通过加快促进民营科技企业实现创新型发展、全面提高民营经济主导区域创新能力、系统构建发展创新型民营经济的政策措施等路径,提高区域创新型经济发展水平。

This paper compares the innovation economy of Changzhou with that of Suzhou and Wuxi from three aspects of innovation resources,innovation output and innovation effect.The result is that Changzhou has lower innovative economic level.In recent years,Changzhou has increased innovative investment,but its innovation output and innovation effects are not yet prominent due to the lag effect.Changzhou should vigorously develop innovative private economy by promoting the development of innovative private technology enterprises,improving the innovation ability of regional private economy,and implementing the policy measures to developing innovative private economy.
