摘要
改革开放以来,高校后勤服务的内涵和管理运作方式发生了根本性的变化。作为社会第三产业的一部分,高校后勤服务既有社会服务业的基本属性,同时,又有服务育人的特性。目前,高校后勤服务正在逐步引进了ISO9000系列的质量管理体系和ISO14000系列的环境管理体系,按照国际通行的质量管理体系进行管理。在高校后勤服务社会化的过程中,实施ISO质量管理体系还存在一些问题,需要通过加强高校后勤服务人员的质量意识和育人意识、正确认识ISO质量管理体系和贯标认证工作、不断改进后勤服务等手段来保障高校后勤服务的质量。
Since the reform and open to the outside world,the connotation and administrate fashion of logistics service in colleges and universities have changed fundamentally.As a part of tertiary industry,logistics service in colleges and universities have both the base attribute of,service industry and the character of education.The socialization of logistics service in colleges and universities is changing from the livelihood logistics service such as single or multiterm service by contract to condition logistics service such as provide classroom,laboratory,library,physical education site and facilities,from single-college or university to multi-colleges and universities,from irrespective of service costing to on the basis of cost of exchange.ISO9000 and ISO14000 series Quality Management System(QMS) are being introduced step by step from elsewhere and applied to logistics service in colleges and universities.In this paper,the connotation and socialization of logistics service in colleges and universities,the function,problem of QMS and countermeasures of it have been discussed.
