工作价值观和工作投入的关系——基于工作监督的调节效应 被引量:21

The Relationship between Work Values and Job Engagement:Based on the Moderating Effect of Performance Monitoring

摘要 本研究旨在考察工作价值观对工作投入的影响以及工作监督对两者关系的调节效应。本研究采用问卷调查法,通过对12个城市22家企业的245名员工进行调查,对模型进行了验证。研究结果表明,舒适与安全型工作价值观对工作投入具有显著的负向影响;能力与成长型工作价值观和地位与独立型工作价值观对工作投入具有显著的正向影响。另外,工作监督对工作价值观和工作投入之间具有显著的调节效应,其中,工作监督负向调节了舒适与安全型工作价值观、地位与独立型工作价值观和工作投入之间的关系,正向调节了能力与成长型工作价值观和工作投入之间的关系。本研究进一步丰富了工作投入理论,对企业的管理实践具有重要的指导意义。 In recent years,more and more scholars and managers paid attention to the importance of job engagement, since studies show that job engagement affects not only employee's role behavior and work performance, but also team performance and customer satisfaction. Existing studies focus on the impact of individual, organization, family and matching on the job engagement.
