Improving the Employment Service System and Promoting the College Students' Employment:the Foreign Experience and its Enlightenment

完善大学生就业服务体系,是促进大学生就业的重要一环。西方发达国家的大学生就业服务体系已形成三种不同的实践模式:一是美国的"多元供给"模式;二是澳大利亚的"服务外包"模式;三是英国、德国的"混合"模式。创新大学生就业服务体系,必须坚持高校就业服务与公共就业服务相衔接、岗位供需匹配与岗位供应开发相搭配、政府政策支持与市场服务主导相协调、短期技巧指导与长期教育指导相结合等基本原则;同时,应创新大学生就业服务体制,拓展大学生就业服务内容,健全大学生就业服务机构。

Improving college students＇ employment service system is an important part of promoting college students＇ employment .The college students＇ employment service system of the Western developed countries have formed three typical modes, one of which is America＇ s multiple supply model, and another one is Australia＇ s service outsourcing model. In addition, there is a mixed-mode like Britain and Germany. However, there are some principles to improve the college students＇ employment service system, such as combining employment services in colleges and universities with public employment services, combining jobs match with jobs development, combining government policy support with market services, and combining short-term techniques guidance with long-term career guidance. And to improve the college students＇ employment service system, we should innovate its mechanism, expand its content, and improve its organization.
