摘要
大学校庆作为大学发展史上的一件盛事,是大学事务管理的重要组成部分,具有重要的价值和功能。但由于观念、制度及管理等因素的制约,使得大学校庆在价值取向、行为动机、活动内容、社会风气等方面存在着异化现象,严重影响了大学的社会形象、功能发挥以及科学发展,对大学造成较大的负面影响。要解决好校庆异化问题,可从以下几个方面来设计大学校庆异化现象的治理路径:厘清举办理念,回归校庆本真;加强顶层设计,丰富校庆内容;健全运行机制,强化校庆监督;优化权力配置,激发主体活力等,以彰显大学校庆的正能量,促进大学校庆回归本位。
As a great event in the history of the University, anniversary celebration is an important part of university affairs, and has important value and functionality. However, due to constraints such as concepts, systems and management factors, there exists alienation of university celebration in values, motivations, activities, social trends. It seriously affects the social image of university, as well as the function and scientific development of university. To solve alienation issues of anniversary, we can design governance path of anniversary alienation from the following aspects, clarifying running concept back to the truth of celebration; strengthening top-level design and enriching anniversary content; improving operational mechanism and strengthening the celebration supervision; optimizing power configuration and stimulating the subject vitality, so as to highlight the positive energy of university celebration.
