政务微博的现实困境与发展对策——基于陕西省三市八区(县)的受众调查分析

Actual Dilemma and its solutions of Government Affairs Microblog——based on Audience Investigation from Eight Districts(counties) ofThree Cities in Shaanxi Province

在对陕西省三市八区县政务微博发展现状调查的基础上,分析了政务微博运行过程中存在分布不平衡、活跃度和吸引力不足、关注度和参与度偏低、缺乏保障机制等问题,提出了加大基层政务微博的开通力度,改进执政理念、注重创新政务微博的"营销"策略、建立和完善政务微博运行的保障机制等促进陕西政务微博建设与发展的建议。

Based on the investigations of the status quo tricts （counties） of three cities in Shaanxi Province, we tribution, insufficiency of liveliness and attraction, less of government affairs microblogging development from eight disanalyze the issues in the operating process such as unequal disattention and participation, lack of safeguard mechanism, etc. We have made suggestions to speed up the opening of grass - roots government affairs microblogging, improve governing ideas, pay attention to ＂marketing＂ strategy for creating new government affairs microblogging, establish and perfect the safeguard mechanism for the operation of government affairs microblogging, etc so as to propel the construction and development of government affairs microblogging of Shaanxi Province.
