支教生与实习生“教育实践与体验”的比较调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 "教育实践与体验"是教育部在2011年颁布的《教师教育课程标准(试行)》中提出的重要概念,其内容包括观摩教育实践、参与教育实践和研究教育实践。对某校支教生和实习生的调查表明:与实习生相比,支教生由于受重视程度更高,接受了更为有效的指导、拥有更清晰的角色意识和更高的职业认同,因此他们观摩教育实践的类型与对象更为多样,参与教育实践的经历与体验更为丰富,研究教育实践的意识和认同感更为强烈;与此同时,也存在着专业对口性差,就业倾向模糊,职业认同度与就业倾向不相关等问题。在对问题进行反思的基础上,分别对顶岗实习支教和普通教育实习提出了建议。 Teaching practice is an important conception in the Teacher Education Curricular Standards by the Ministry of Education in 2011. The survey is based on the in-post teaching practices and internships of a college. The in-post teachers are trained, and they have a better understanding of their roles and professional consensus. But the interns fail to possess the same consensus.
