适合中国国情的公职律师服务政府法律制度的研究对推动公职律师制度在我国的尽快建立具有现实意义。中国公职律师服务政府是促进政府依法行政、推动依法治国战略的客观需要,是适应我国经济发展的必然需求,也是与国际接轨的必然选择。文章在鉴较国(境)外公职律师制度的基础上,探索构建符合中国现实国情的公职律师服务政府的法律制度。

It has realistic significance to promote early establishment of the legal system for public office lawyers by studying the legal system of public office lawyers serving the government based on China's conditions. Chinese public office lawyers serving the government is not only the objective need for promoting government administration according to law and running the country according to law, but also the inevitable demand for economic development in China. In addition, it is also the inevitable choice to be in line with international practices. Based on the legal system of public office lawyers outside Chinese mainland, this article discusses the establishment of the legal system for public office lawyers serving the government based on China's conditions.
