B小淋巴细胞性淋巴瘤致腰大肌脓肿一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,56岁,主因发热20余天,腹胀5d入院.患者缘于20余天前无明显诱因出现发热,体温最高达39.0℃,伴畏寒,间断咳嗽、咯白痰,伴纳差、食欲不振,无恶心、呕吐,近5d来出现腹胀,为全腹胀满,进食后加重,伴腰背疼痛,并发现右腰部包块,局部皮温高,按压时疼痛.
