冠心病患者血尿酸水平与脉搏波传导速度的相关性研究

摘要 目的评价冠心病患者中,血尿酸水平(UA)与肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的关系。方法入选经冠状动脉造影证实已明确诊断的冠心病患者301例,根据baPWV值,将其分为两组:baPWV正常组(baPWV<1400cm/s)94例,baPWV升高组(baPWV≥1400cm/s)207例,完成体格检查及生化指标的检测,探讨冠心病患者baPWV增加的因素。结果单因素分析显示两组患者年龄、合并高血压、合并糖尿病、吸烟率、身高、体重及UA差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示冠心病患者baPWV增加的独立预测因素包括年龄、合并高血压、合并糖尿病及UA水平(OR值分别为1.084、2.197、2.283、1.219,P均<0.05)。结论冠心病患者中,UA水平是baPWV增加的独立预测因素。 Objective To evaluate the association between the level of serum uric acid and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 301 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study and divided into normal baPWV group(baPWV< 1400 cm/s,n =94)and high baPWV group (baPWV ≥ 1400 cm/s,n =207).The baseline characteristics and biocbemical parameters were recorded.Results There were significant differences in age,ratio of hypertension,and diabetes,and the level of serum uric acid between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed age,hypertension,diabetes and UA level were independent predictors for the increase of baPWV(OR:1.084,2.197,2.283,1.219,P <0.05).Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease,the level of serum uric acid are independent influencing factors for bePWV.
