心肌梗死基因学研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 心肌梗死（myocardial infarction）为冠状动脉疾病（coronary artery disease）的严重类型,近几年来,全世界心肌梗死的发病率逐年增加,已成为威胁人类健康的杀手之一[1].虽然在过去50年间,国内外研究者们在确定心肌梗死的危险因素上取得了长足进步,且开发了如冠心病监护单位,经皮冠状动脉介入与B-受体阻滞剂等治疗方法,使心肌梗死的死亡率在部分地区有所下降,但其发病率存在个体差异的原因和形成动脉粥样硬化的病理生理机制仍知之甚少[2].
