皮肤屏障功能的研究进展 被引量：19

摘要 人体皮肤是最直接与外界接触的器官,为人体免疫系统的第一道生理屏障.一方面它在一定程度上可以阻止外界不利因素（物理、化学、生物等）进入人体,对机体造成损害;另一方面可以避免人体表皮及真皮内水分及脂类等物质的丢失从而维持其皮肤屏障功能的稳定.表皮中角质层在皮肤屏障中起着至关重要的作用.
