Study on the Theory and Path of Business Model Innovation——An Element Perspective

商业模式创新可以使企业获取卓越的竞争优势,明晰商业模式创新的机理及路径是企业进行商业模式创新的关键。近年来,商业模式创新的相关研究越来越深入,但仍有待形成一个完整的理论体系。本文以商业模式及商业模式创新的概念为基础分析了其构成要素,从构成要素的视角探讨了企业商业模式创新的本质,进而分析了企业商业模式创新的机理。本文又从原始创新、诱发创新、模仿创新三个方面研究了企业进行商业模式创新的路径,提出了我国企业进行商业模式创新的建议:快速响应市场变化,及时调整自我定位;不断进行改进创新,充分发掘自身潜能;完善企业商业逻辑,创新企业价值体系。本文为企业剖析商业模式提供了新的视角,也为企业进行商业模式创新提供了理论支持。

Business model innovation can provide remarkable competition superiority for enterprises. Therefore the key to business model innovation is to distinguish its mechanism and path. In this article, the elements of business model innovation have been analyzed based on the concepts of business model. Thus, the essence of the business model innovation has been discussed from the perspective of its elements. And then the mechanism of the business model innovation has been discussed. Finally, the research of the path of business model innovation has been carried out through the investigation of original innovation, induced innovation and imitative innovation. Suggestions for business model innovation in China have been made, including quick response to market changes, continuous improvement, as well as completed business logic. In conclusion, this article offers a new perspective for analyzing the business model, and also provides theoretical support for the business model innovation.
