基于多色集合理论的夹具设计方法研究

摘要 研究夹具结构元素与用户需求之间的映射以及方案选择机制。提出了基于多色集合理论和多色图模型的夹具设计方法。通过分析夹具构成要素,用户需求以及夹具元素配合位置特征,利用多色集合的元素、统一颜色以及功能体之间的关系,分别建立用户需求与夹具结构要素以及功能体与夹具结构要素之间的映射。通过搜索围道布尔矩阵,获得夹具设计方案集合。并以此为基础,给出了基于产品特征制造成本的模糊评价方案优化方法,进行方案筛选。用实例验证了此方法的简便有效和正确性。 The mapping mechanism from the elements of fixture structure to users' requirements and the choice of project are researched. A method for fixture design,which is based on the polychromatic sets theory and polychromatic graph,is put forward. The analysis of the elements of fixture structure,of users' requirements and of the assemble position features of fixture elements,the application of the relationship among the elements,unified color sets and function body,and the building of one map between the element of fixture structure and users' requirements,and of the other map between the elements of fixture structure and function body are presented in the paper. The fixture design schemes are obtained by searching the Contour Boolean Matrix. In order to push forward the optimization of scheme,a fuzzy evaluation method based on the fabricating cost of the fixture feature is presented. The convenience,effectiveness,and correctness are verified.
