摘要
北京地铁14号线西局站—东管头站区间采用矿山法施工,区间隧道位于砂卵石地层中,地层自稳性较差。区间隧道需穿越西三环丽泽桥桥区,穿越桥梁数量达到14座,隧道与桥梁基础的最小净距仅为0.84 m,给施工带来极大的风险。为保证施工安全,在施工过程中通过风险分析,综合应用加固技术、隔离技术措施,有效控制了沉降,规避了风险,为地铁暗挖隧道穿越桥桩群桩积累了经验,为今后类似工程施工提供参考借鉴。
Xiju station- Dongguantou station Bystreet Section of Line 14 of Beijing Metro is constructed by using mining method. The tunnel is located in the Cobble Stratum where the self stabilizing of formation is poor. The tunnel is required to cross the Lizeqiao bridge area in Xisanhuan where the number of bridges reaches 14. The minimum distance between the tunnel and Bridge Base is only 0. 84 m,which causes a great risk to construction. In order to ensure the safety of construction,a series of reinforcement and isolation technical measures based on risk analysis are adopted,which effectively controlled settlement and avoided the risk. These successful technical measures provide plenty of experiences to the construction of metro tunnel across bridge areas and can be used in similar projects in the future.
