摘要
基于研制的某款电动汽车开发了两档无离合器机械式自动变速器(CLAMT),为了改善CLAMT的换挡品质,建立了CLAMT同步阶段的数学模型,分析了影响同步阶段换挡品质的因素,提出了改善换挡品质的方法。利用Solidworks和ADAMS软件建立了CLAMT的虚拟样机模型,并对不同影响因素下的换挡品质进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明:在保证冲击度要求的前提下,增加换挡力,加快换挡力变化率,提高电机调速精度等均能达到改善换挡品质的目的,所提出的改善CLAMT换挡品质的方法可行,可为开发无离合器机械式自动变速器提供参考。
Based on the two-speed clutchless automatic mechanical transmission( CLAMT) which has been designed for a particular pure electric vehicle,in order to improve the shift quality of the CLAMT,the mathematic model of synchronization phase of CLAMT is established. The influences of shift quality in synchronization phase have been analyzed. Virtual prototype of CLAMT is also made by Solidworks and ADAMS. The shift quality in different influences has been simulated. The simulation results show that shift quality can be improved by increasing the shifting force,accelerating the gradient of shifting force,or improving the precision of motor speed-adjustment in context of ensuring the degree of jerk,the proposed methods to improve shift quality of CLAMT are feasible. It provides reference for development of CLAMT.
