由于蒸煮包装要求较高，使用无溶剂胶与干式复合胶粘剂相比，两者的工艺要求有一定区别，因而对蒸煮油墨的要求也有相应的变化。本文从基材附着力、尼龙膜颜色渗透和金银墨蒸煮问题、复合白点、油墨固化剂等方面分析了高温蒸煮油墨在无溶剂复合时应做的调整。

For the strict requirement for stewing packaging,there are some distinction between sotventless adhesive and dry compositing adhesive in their technological requirements,thus lead to corresponding change to the requirement of stewing inks.This paper analyzes the adjustment of inks in high-temperature solventless compositing from all aspects such as the substrate adhesion,color permeability of nylon,stewing problems of gold and silver ink,compositing whitedot, ink hardener and so on.
