尼龙膜与无溶剂复合工艺

摘要 尼龙膜为吸湿性大的薄膜,一旦吸潮,其物性指标发生变化,薄膜变软起皱,对于高速无溶剂复合来说,是一个很大的考验。尼龙膜的厚薄均衡性、膜面光洁度,热收缩率纵、横向差值,表面润湿张力、添加剂等因素都会影响无溶剂复合的产品质量。 Nylon film, a hygroscopicity film ,will change its physical index once absorbing moisture.as the film wrinkle and becomes soft,which will be an ordeal for solventless compositing .And quality of products made from solventless compositing technology will be easily influenced by factors such as thickness proportionality of nylon ,the smoothness, Longitudinal and transverse difference of hot-shrinkage rate, the surface wetting tension,additive and so on.
