多功能自立成型装置技术在多制式制袋设备的应用研究

国内外大多数制袋设备都没法满足多制式功能兼容的要求，且存在成型结构复杂、整机提升效率差等问题。本文介绍了一种集单片式折底自立、三片式加底自立、三边封自立、四片式四边封立体自立成型以及导入拉链、对底膜料的打孔等多功能为一体的全自动多功能多制式一体化制袋机的自立装置，该装置能实现现有的各种自动制袋机的所有功能，且造价相对便宜，集成度高，省人工、省设备、省电、省油，效率高，极具实用性。

Most bag-making equipment couldn＇ t meet the requirement for multi-mode function compatibility at home and abroad,and there are some problem with the equipment such as the complex molding structure and poor efficiency.This paper introduces a multi-functional full-automatic standing molding device of multi-mode which integrates functions like monolithic folding bottom ,three-plate adding bottom ,triangle sealing ,four side sealing stereoscopic standing molding and importing zipper,punching substratum,etc.The new device can achieve all functions,while it is relatively lower cost with high integration,labor saving, equipment saving, electricity saving, fuel saving and high efficiency and great practicability.
