时间间隔计数器的研制

The Design and Manufacture on a Time Interval Counter

介绍了一种新研制的时间间隔计数器 ,并给出了实验结果和误差的定性分析。通过斜坡发生器、高速采样保持、A/D转换和器件时延平衡等电路的使用 ,该计数器在 5MHz频标下可达到较高的测量精度和分辨率 。

A newly developed interval time counter is introduced in this paper. Adopting the slope generator circuit,the high speed sampling and keeping circuit,the A/D converting circuit and the IC delay balance circuit,the counter with 5MHz,frequency can reach higher precision and resolving power in the measurements. The experiment result and the qualitative analyses on errors are presented in this paper too. Additionally,the counter can also be used to the accurate measuring for frequency.
