摘要
以提取水溶性功能多糖后的灵芝残渣为原料,采用高温强酸水解其中的结构多糖,获得具有显著清除自由基功能的结构多糖水解产物。对温度、时间、酸浓度等条件进行单因素优化和响应面分析优化,得到总自由基清除力最强的提取条件是温度131℃,水解时间250 min,酸浓度为0.1 mol/L。在此条件下多糖水解物得率为2.666%,IC50值为1.038 mg/mL。从单位质量灵芝渣获得的总自由基清除力接近VC,略低于灵芝多糖。
Use ganoderma lucidum residue as raw material,Acidic hydrolysis the structural Polysaccharides in high temperature to extract functional Polysaccharides of significant free radical scavenging capacity.Based on the Single factor experiments,temperature,time and acid concentration were picked to formulate a central composite experiment design.By response analysis,the prediction models were established and the optimum process conditions were obtained as follows: temperature:131 ℃,Acidic hydrolysis time: 4 h 6 min,acid concentration: 0.1 mol/L.In these conditions,the predicted product yeild and IC50are as follows: yield: 2.666%,IC50: 1.039 mg/mL the total free radical scavenging capacity is the highest,Which near to the capacity of VC,slightly lower than water-soluble polysaccharide.
