高效液相色谱法测定黄酒中瓜氨酸的含量 被引量:3

Measurement of the Citrulline in Rice Wine Liquor with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 为建立高效液相色谱测定黄酒中瓜氨酸含量的方法,采用OPA为柱前衍生剂,醋酸钠-乙腈-甲醇-水混合体系梯度洗脱,流速为2.0 mL/min,DAD检测波长为UV-338 nm。在10~200 mg/L范围其浓度与响应值具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,相对标准偏差0.153%~0.921%,回收率98.44.70%~100.81%;检出限为1.048 mg/L,定量检出限为3.460 mg/L。广东客家娘酒中瓜氨酸的含量58.84~80.83 mg/L,江浙黄酒中瓜氨酸的含量162.61~178.26 mg/L。 The measurement of citrulline content in rice wine was established in this paper.Taking OPA as precolumn derivatization agent,use sodium acetate-acetonitrile-methanol-water mixed system to carry out gradient elution with a flow rate of 2.0 mL/min and the DAD detection wavelength of UV-338nm.In the range of 20~400 mg/L,there is a good linear relationship between concentration and response value with the correlation coefficient greater than 0.999,the relative standard deviation of 0.153% ~0.921% and the recovery rate of 98.44.70% ~100.81%.The detection limit was 1.048 mg/L and the quantitative detection limit was 3.460 mg/L mg/L.The detection result showed that the citrulline content in Hakka niang wine was 58.84~80.83 mg/L,and the citrulline content in rice wine of Jiangsu and Zhejiang was 162.61~178.26 mg/L.
