墨水用活性翠蓝K-GL的工艺改进

摘要 对活性翠蓝K-GL老工艺进行了改进。铜酞菁与氯磺酸的反应温度由130℃提升至140℃,之后与氯化亚砜的反应温度由60℃~65℃提高到80℃,滴加氯化亚砜的时间从2小时延长至4小时,氨解时用有机碱B替代氨水;另外,将工艺过程进行了调整。新工艺解决了此染料用于墨水时在盐析前膜过滤困难的问题。 The synthesis process of Reactive Turquoise Blue K - GL was improved, The reaction temperature of CuPc and chlorosulfonic acid was changed from 130 ℃ to 140 ℃, then the reaction temperature of thionyl chloride was raised from 65℃ to 80℃ ; the dropping time of thionyl chloride was extended from 2 hours to 4 hours; and ammonia was replaced by organic base in ammonolysis. When the dye was applied in ink, the difficult problem in membrane filtration before salting out was resolved by this new process.
