本文详细介绍了活性染料的历史,评价了各活性基和各染料品种的优劣。对我国活性染料行业的发展提出若干建议。

The 60-year history of reactive dyes can be divided into three stages. The first stage is the research and development of reactive groups, including selection of mono（di）-chlorotriazine and vinylsullone as main reactive groups. The second stage is development of reactive dyes with two or more reactive groups. The third stage is the development of commercial composite reactive dyes with combination of dyes themselves or with auxiliaries. The merits and drawbacks of different types of reactive groups and reactive dyes are introduced, including phosphorus-containing reactive group, bromoacrylamide reactive group, reactive dyes for low temperature dyeing, cold pad-batch dyeing, low liquor ratio dyeing, and tri-reactive groups reactive dyes. It is pointed out that reactive dyes for energy conservation and emission reduction can be developed with formulation and synergistic technology.
