原发性中枢神经系统黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤一例及文献复习

摘要
黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤（mucosa．associatedlymphoidtissuelymphoma，MALT），是由Issacson和Wright于1983年首先提出，起源于黏膜相关淋巴组织，具有特定的生物学特征和病理学改变的一类非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL），MALT淋巴瘤约占NHL的5％，多见于胃肠道、甲状腺、乳腺、肺、皮肤、睾丸等，原发于颅内的临床罕见，我们遇到1例，根据该患者的临床表现、实验室检查、头颅CT和MRI影像学表现、全身PET／CT检查、病理和免疫组化染色等明确诊断，结合文献复习，现报道如下。
