从医院到学校的转衔:美国患病儿童学校融入计划及启示 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,越来越多的慢性疾病儿童能够在病情基本稳定的状况下,尽早重返学校接受教育。但其从医院机构到教育机构的转衔过程却面临着诸多困境。自20世纪70年代以来,美国开始制定与实施面向慢性疾病患儿的学校融入计划(School Reintegration Program,SRP)。该计划以社会生态理论为框架,倡导医院—家庭—学校三大系统间的多维互动,通过系统化方案的制订与综合性援助的开展,全面构建生态化的转衔服务干预体系,切实维护了患儿的受教育权利,更有效促进了慢性疾病患儿心理社会功能的重建。我国可在充分借鉴其先进理念与经验做法的基础上,与我国特殊教育发展的具体国情相结合,探索我国慢性疾病儿童转衔与学校融入服务体系建设工作的发展路径。
