儿童麻醉中心搏骤停的原因及相关因素
摘要
手术期间意外的心搏骤停是儿科麻醉最严重的并发症。儿童在麻醉中发生心搏骤停的风险远高于成人。由于研究方法、时间段和手术方式等不同，其发生率和死亡率报道不一。使用更安全的麻醉药物和精确的剂量以及先进的监测设备，可以减少麻醉相关心搏骤停的发生率。全面认识儿童麻醉中心搏骤停的原因及相关因素，提高警惕性，采取相关的预防措施，对于减少其发生率和死亡率有重要意义。
