载脂蛋白E与Aβ脑内沉积相关疾病的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 人类载脂蛋白E（ApoE）是ApoE基因编码由299个氨基酸组成的多态性蛋白。ApoE存在三种异构体ApoE2、ApoE3和ApoE4，这些结构上的差异影响了ApoE在脂质代谢中的功能。近年来对ApoE基因多态性与阿尔茨海默病、脑淀粉样血管病（cerebralamyloidangiopathy）等β-淀粉样蛋白（β-amyloidpeptide，Aβ）脑内沉积相关疾病的研究众多，现综述如下。
