颈髓内髓上皮瘤一例
摘要
患者女，16岁，因声嘶、饮水呛咳13d于2011年12月21日入院。查体：双侧咽反射消失，无明确的感觉障碍平面，四肢肌张力、运动、感觉、反射正常，病理征未引出，肛周反射正常。MRI：C5～7髓内见一大小约1．2cm×1．4cm×3．6cm病灶，T1WI呈不均匀低信号，T2WI呈不均匀高信号，有囊变坏死区。增强扫描病灶实质部分明显强化，囊性部分无强化。伴C1～T7脊髓空洞（图1）。临床诊断：C5—7占位性病变：室管膜瘤？
