摘要
通过分析陕北气象灾害与生态环境治理之间的关系发现 ,陕北干旱、暴雨、冰雹和大风沙尘暴灾害是在天气气候条件同生态环境因素共同作用下产生的 ;森林、草原。
The relation between the meteorological disasters and ecological management in the north Shaanxi was analyzed It is showed that the disasters of drought, rainstorm, hail, gale and dust devil are originated under the joint influence of weather climate and ecological environment factors, and that the forest, grassland and vegetative cover could effectively resist or reduce the loss of meteorological disasters
