心房颤动转基因治疗
摘要
心房颤动（Atrial fibrillation，AF，简称房颤）是临床上最常见的心律失常，是导致脑卒中和心力衰竭的重要原因，严重影响着患者的生活质量[1]。随着年龄的增长，房颤的发病率逐渐增高[2]。据估计在未来的（20~30）年中房颤患者人数将会是现在的（2~3）倍[3]，因此积极预防及治疗AF显得极为重要。
