晚期糖基化终末产物、氧化应激与糖尿病心血管并发症 被引量:6

摘要 有研究称,预计至2030年全世界将有3.7亿糖尿病患者。而心血管并发症是糖尿病患者的主要并发症之一,也是2型糖尿病的首位死因,占据65%。据报道,以胰岛素为主要治疗方案的糖尿病患者中,约33%在50岁时死于心血管疾病。近年的研究显示,晚期糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)和氧化应激在糖尿病心血管并发症的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。
