注射用葛根对眼底出血疗效观察

The effect of puerarin injection on fundus hemorrhage

目的：探讨葛根素注射液在眼底出血治疗中的应用效果及安全性。方法选择本院2011年-2013年收治的眼底出血患者82例，随机数字法分为2组，各41例，所有患者均给予血栓通治疗，观察组在此基础上联合给予葛根素注射液静脉滴注。并对两组患者治疗前后视力，以及疗效和安全性进行比较。结果治疗后观察组视力显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05），观察组总有效率为90．2％，显著高于对照组73．1％（P＜0．05），两组均未见严重的不良反应。结论葛根素注射液治疗眼底出血效果显著，能有效恢复患者视力，且安全，值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of puerarin injection on fundus hemorrhage . Methods 82 patients with fundus hemorrhage from 2011 to 2013 were collected ,and divided randomly into 2 groups .All the patients were treated by Xueshuantong ,and puerarin injection was given as combined therapy in the observation group .The visual acuity ,clinical efficacy and safety were observed before and post therapy .Results The visual acuity was improved post-therapy in observation group ,the total effective rate was 90 .2% ,which was significantly higher than that in control group（73 .1% ,P〈0 .05） .There was no serious adverse reaction occurred .Conclusion Puerarin injection is effective for fundus hemorrhage ,and good for visual acuity with highly safety ,which is commended for clinical therapy .
