LASIK 术中 Kappa 角调整对角膜像差影响的研究

The effect of LASIK with Kappa angle adjust on aberration in human cornea

目的：通过对比kappa角调整 LASIK术与标准LASIK术术后角膜高阶像差的变化，探讨Kappa角调整对LASIK术后高阶像差的影响。方法近视LASIK手术患者，分为Kappa角调整 LASIK组、标准LASIK组两组，每组各30例（60眼），以ALLEGRO TOPOLYZER角膜地形图仪，对比两组术后3月时角膜高阶像差的差异。结果 Kappa角调整LASIK组较之于标准LASIK组，彗差C3±1、三叶草C3±3两种高阶像差均明显偏低（ P＜0．01），而球差C40无明显差异（ P＞0．05）。结论 Kappa角调整的LASIK术较之于标准LASIK术，能减少角膜由切削偏中心引起的彗差C3±1、三叶草C3±3两种高阶像差的产生。

Objective To investigate the aberration changes of human cornea after LASIK with angle Kappa adjusted in myopic eyes compared with conventional LASIK .Methods LASIK with angle Kappa adjust was performed in 30 cases （60 myopic eyes） ,and conventional LASIK was performed in 30 cases （60 myopic eyes） .All the data of patients were evaluated by the ALLEGRO TOPOLYZER at 3 months after the surgery .Results Value of C3 ± 1 and C3 ± 3 was lower in LASIK with angle Kappa adjust group than that in LASIK with conventional group（P〈0 .01） ,and Value of C40 was no significant difference between both groups（P〉0 .05） .Conclusion LASIK with Kappa angle adjust can cut down the aberration of C3 ± 1、and C3 ± 3 in human cornea compared with conventional LASIK .
