摘要
针织是在产品最终成型中得到无缝产品的一种可行的技术,电脑横机是实现这种最终用途的最适合的机器,它能实现二维和三维产品的生产,减少原料的浪费,缩短生产加工流程,而且能改善产品的成形性。论述了3D编织成型的单元结构按一定规律分布在织物表面的编织原理,这种空心的贝壳状的结构是采用楔形针织技术编织的一种多层组织结构。
Knitting is one of the technologies that provide the possibility of creating seamless products in the final shape, and the electronic flat knitting machines are the most suited for this purpose. It enables 2 and 3 dimensional products to be created with reduction of waste material, shorter cycle time of production and improved ability of shaping the product. This paper presents the principle of creating 3D knitted shapes in the form of cells, with a certain distribution on the fabric surface. The cells are empty shells made from a multilayer knitted structure suing the wedge knitting technique.
