Research of the pathway and countermeasure of transformation about low-carbon economic development modes——base on the empirical analysis about textile and garment regional economy

立足于德州市纺织服装业的经济发展现状,透视整体纺织服装业经济发展所隐藏的发展危机,解读低碳纺织理念,抓住德州市纺织服装业的地域优势及区域经济发展特色,结合目前行业所存在的产品结构及生产模式不合理等问题,努力提出具有针对性和可操作性的措施,加快纺织服装业低碳经济发展方式的转变。

Based on the economic development of the textile and garment industry of Dezhou, the development crisis of the whole textile and garment industry was analysed. By the interpretation of the concept of low carbon textile, the comparative advantages and problem about the Dezhou area characteristic economy were summa- rized. Targeted and operability measures are put forward about the pathway and countermeasure of transfor- mation of low-carbon economic development modes.
