为了解钢丝圈对成纱质量的影响,在一定的工艺条件下,利用不同型号钢丝圈纺制针织纱,通过对纱线性能的测试和分析可知:钢丝圈对成纱质量有较大的影响,国产钢丝圈相比进口钢丝圈在稳定成纱质量方面存在较大差距。生产厂家在确定选用国产或进口钢丝圈时,需根据实际情况,在确保产品质量的前提下,可优先选用国产钢丝圈,以降低纺纱成本。

To know the impact of travellers on the quality of the yam, the knitting yarn was spun with different travellers. The properties of the yarn were tested and analyzed. The results showed that ： the travellers had great influence on the yarn quality, the yarn using domestic travellers was worse than the yarn using imported travellers. Using domestic or imported traveller determined by the actual situation, in ensuring quality of the yarn, the yarn manufacturers could choose the domestic travelers under the premise to reduce spinning cost.
