摘要 介绍2.5D机织复合材料的特点及其应用现状,研究厚度均为2 mm的既带衬经又带衬纬、带衬经、带衬纬、不带衬经和衬纬的4种典型2.5D机织物结构的设计与织造过程,探讨织物设计过程中织物层数、经纬纱密度、织物厚度等相关参数的确定方法,分析织造过程中出现的问题。 The characteristics of 2.5D woven composites and their application status were introduced .The structure design and weaving process of four kinds of typical 2.5D woven of 2 mm thick, namely, with both warp and weft, with warp, with weft, without warp and weft, were studied.The determination of fabric plies number, warp and weft density, fabric thickness and other related parameters in the design and weaving process were also studied .Meanwhile, the problems concerned in weaving process were analyzed.
