硅酸铝/不锈钢丝耐高温防火卷帘布的研制及性能分析

摘要 分析防火卷帘应用现状,介绍硅酸铝/不锈钢丝耐高温防火卷帘布的织物结构、规格设计以及织造各工序的技术关键,并对织造的硅酸铝/不锈钢丝耐高温防火卷帘布的强力和耐火性能进行测试与分析。结果表明,硅酸铝/不锈钢丝耐高温防火卷帘布的强力远远超过国家标准GB 14102—2005《防火卷帘》要求,耐火极限可达3 h。 The application status of fire resistant shutter was analyzed .Fabric configuration, specification design and key technics of weaving of fire resistant shutter fabric of aluminum silicate /stainless steel wire were also introduced.Furthermore, intensity and fire resistant performance of the fabric were tested and analyzed.It was found that the intensity of the fabric , prepared in this paper, exceeded the requirement of GB 14102—2005 Fire Resistant Shutter.Fire resistant limitation of the fabric reached 3 h.
