摘要
通过对棕榈纤维进行碱处理、热处理,以改善纤维的浸润性能,从而提高棕榈/聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能。采用正交试验法,分析不同碱处理、热处理条件对复合材料力学性能的影响,以探讨最优碱处理和热处理工艺参数。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of palm fiber reinforced polypropylene composites , alkali and heat treatments have been employed to improve the wetting property of the fiber .In details,the effect of different treatment conditions on mechanical properties of composites was analyzed by orthogonal experimental method with the purpose to explore optimum craft parameters .
