摘要
采用Box-Behnken设计对赛络纺纱针织物的性能进行研究与优化。研究过程中将毛纤维长度、纱线捻系数及纱条间距作为变量,并与常规纱线进行比较。结果发现:羊毛纤维的长度越长,则织物面密度越高,耐磨性和顶破强度越好;与捻系数关系不显著;与纱条间距关系显著。
The DRF yarn knitted performance is studied and optimized by using Box and Behnken's Design taking wool fiber length,TM and strand spacing as variables and compared with the conventional yarn. The higher wool length shows higher weight,abrasion and bursting strength. The relation of TM is not visible. The role of strands spacing was dominant.
